“Hey Bruce, let’s hit up Hi-Lo next Tuesday for Rappour.” 

2: A collaborative relationship between Hi-Lo, local breweries, & distilleries: party on.

Rappour kicks off June 13 at 7pm with Hawaii Hi-Lo, a tropical, retro tiki party collaboration with Bauhaus + Lawless Distilling. Games, tarot card reader, caricatures, DJ Ken Hannigan, drink specials, & more!

Pouring on the Partio from Bauhaus: Homeguys Helles Lager, Hairbanger, Sky-Five, & Wonderstuff.

Also mixing (for one night only) a sweet & savory tiki-style cocktail from Lawless' Jeff Fricke: Salt & Pepper Gin, cocoa nib liqueur, lemon, coconut cream syrup, & Bittercube Corazon Bitters. 

We've teamed up with Volstead's Emporium and Copper And Kings American Brandy Company to bring you -- for ONE night only -- the Hi-Lo Milkshake Emporium.

Join us March 7th at 7pm as Hi-Lo's Simeon Priest & Daniel Guerrero join forces with Volstead's Darrin Commerford & Bret Denison. They'll be slinging ice cream cocktails and other fun bevys featuring Copper & Kings products.

There'll be a DJ on hand and a fire on the patio for roasting house made Copper & Kings Absinthe Marshmallows. We'll also be passing around cocktail-themed donut holes, punch, & more! See ya there!

Join us on October 22nd from 3p - 9p for a Pig roast with Erik Sather from Lowry Hills Meats! Chef Heidi and Chef Erik have created a tasty Polynesian-inspired menu with a variety of sauces and sides ranging from Polynesian crazy corn to sweet potato skins, salad, kimchi slaw and more.

Bauhaus Brew Labs will be joining us and providing their tasty beer and our bar manager, Simeon is putting together special cocktails just for the event (read: don't miss it!).

We had such a fun time at our first annual Hi-Lo’s Wonderland, a celebration of classic Americana during Open Streets – East Lake! Seriously, so fun.

We took over our corner of East Lake Street for a day reminiscent of yesteryear. Think back to the good ol’ days where you’d pack up the truck each summer and head on down to the county fair. Music, food, drinks, classic cars, games, a pie eating contest, etc.

We partnered up with Blue Door Pub to fuel the festivities with Blucys and diner fare! Indeed Brewing’s beer truck was there to quench the thirst of all our Wonderland wanderers and we served up our yummy tap cocktails.

Thanks so much to all of the pie eating contest participants!

And the music was so amazing all day long.
